CASANOVA WHITE RASPBERRY BALSAMIC

White Balsamic vinegar produced from the must of the Trebbiano grape and raspberry. 
The white balsamic condiment is made of white grapes aged in oak barrels and white wine Vinegar. It is enriched with raspberry extract giving it a delicate aroma. Drizzle on mixed salads, cooked vegetables, boiled and grilled meats, fish and seafood (oysters, mussels, shrimps, clams, octopus, sushi), soft cheese (special on tomato and mozzarella salad), potato salad, fruit salad, sauces, to prepare aperitif beverages and cocktails.
